The Foods that Cure Acid Reflux, Heartburn and Indigestion
There are foods that are safe for you to eat and will not cause you heartburn, acid reflux or indigestion. And there are foods that are the exact opposite, and damage your stomach, esophagus and digestive track. If you are experiencing the symptoms from these horrendous health problems, then almost assuredly you are eating the wrong foods.
You really only have two chooses, either make minor changes to your eating habits or learn to live with the pain. I was once in your situation and it wasn't much of a choice for me. Hopefully it won't be a difficult decision for you either.
Certain foods have large amounts of acid already in them before you eat. Then there are other foods that cause your stomach to generate excess stomach acid that can not be absorbed by that particular food item.
I wish I had access to this information years ago when I was in SO much pain constantly. Back then I was forced to take the outrageously over-priced prescription medicines and suffer from there side affects.
